If you are new to camp, you are entitled to £150 New Member Offer, although an assessment including biomechanical, core and postural checks is recommended (full price option). Why?

Muscular weakness and tight muscles have a significant affect on the way your body functions. Understand this and we can provide exercise prescriptions during camp for this. Cost £180.

Our third option is £225 for a detailed, personalised report of your diet specific to health, weightloss or sports performance aims, plus healthy eating plan and biomechanic assessment as above.
Early bird discounts are for previous graduates only.

A four week programme, which runs Monday-Thursday for one hour for FitBitch and Tues-Thurs FitMuthas.
There are just 14 places per camp, providing you with a boutique experience that will revolutionise your lifestyle.
Expect fun and fitness routines that will transform your shape with kettlebells, core work, yoga and more.
Included is a diet diary assessment, eating plan and contined online support.
