Free trial session - 31st March


If you've always wanted to know what Fitbitch Boot Camp is about, now is your chance to find out. On Wednesday 31st March at 6.30pm, there will be a free Fitbitch Boot Camp try out session.
It will be completely free - all you have to do is dust off your trainers and turn up. There are only 15 places though so sign up soon because we expect these to go quickly.
Email me and I will send you all the details nearer the time regarding location and anything else you might need to know.

Win a free place to Fitbitch Boot Camp

To win a free place in the next month's Fitbitch Boot Camp on Hove Lawns, starting March 22nd follow me, Fitbitchuk on Twitter.com. You can then either tweet your interest or email me at rachael.woolston@btinternet.com. A winner will be drawn at random on Friday March 12th.
This offer is only open to women new to Fitbitch Boot Camp. The camp will take place in Brighton and Hove and the winner will be assigned to either the 6-7am or 7-8am. This will be at Fitbitch Boot Camp's discretion.
By entering the competition, you must also agree to your details being added to the Fitbitch Boot Camp database. You will only ever receive information about forthcoming events and camps and your details will not be passed on to a third party.

Special March offer

The next camp starts March 22nd and there will be two running. The first for early risers at 6-7am followed by a 7-8am. It will be for all levels.
As a special offer on this camp only, if you and a friend book and pay in full by March 15th, one of you will get a third off the price*.
(At least one of you must be new to Fitbitch Boot Camp. Terms and conditions apply).

Rainbow salad with mint and toasted sesame



Ingredients
Mixed organic herb lettuce
Tomatoes
Grated raw beetroot
Tomatoes
handful each of chopped fresh mint and basil
Tin of butter beans
1 tsp of toasted sesame seed

Dressing
Rice wine vinegar
1/2 Birds eye chilli finely chopped (or to taste)
1/2 tsp honey
